The current edition is entitled
"Off the Shelf. Post-Consumerist Imageries When the Business Left the Building" and it features works that explores sustainable and social forms of living economies and the commerce of goods.

The festival calls for unconventional thinking, experimental settings and community-centred processes while imagining how a post-consumerist world could be structured and how this could function.
The main exhibition venue and the discourse program is at at Velika kavarna (Glavni trg 1, Maribor) / ex Salon / ex Casino & ex Restaurant, at the main square of Maribor.

After a first weekend with exhibition opening, performances, and many workshops, in the second weekend we'll have many guided tours and two events.
Tomorrow, Friday 25th October @7pm, a converstaion Elena Tammaro, Kaja Pogačar, & Borut Wenzel about Discussion on Urban Regeneration / The Post-Consumerist Town. When the Business leaves the City (Center).
On Saturday 26th from 5pm, Guided tour In Focus: 30×MFRU exhibition, with catalogue presentation & MFRU community meeting.
